We have created a basic spreadsheet in order for you to calculate how many mortgages per month you would have to do in order to reach your particular income goals.

(This is for budgeting purposes only and uses averages but it will give you an idea of what you can achieve)

Base information required is:

• Average mortgage in Manitoba is $250,000
• Average commission on a mortgage with CMN is 1%
• Starting commission split with CMN is 65%

Keep in mind most mortgages are 5 year terms but on average are refinanced in the 3rd year.
